HAQ BASHIR YA BASHIR! HAQ ALI YA ALI, DAM DAM SAKHI QADAR-E-QALANDAR MMMSSSSTTTT - KEEPING TRUE BELIEF IN AND SOUND MUWADDAT WITH HOLY 14 INNOCENT PERSONALITIES, MOST BELOVED TO ALMIGHTY ALLAH, IS AN ACT OF GREAT HONOUR FOR A MOMIN AND DISCIPLE OF THE CHIEF QALANDAR SARKAAR

Welcome to our sacred platform, a digital sanctuary established by the disciples of the Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Order with the singular purpose of illuminating the profound dignity and spiritual stature of the Chief Qalandar Sarkaar, Hadrat Peer Muhammad Bashir Ahmad Alvi, Al-Owaisi, Qadari, Qalandari, Panjtani, Daimi-al-Huzoori (Noor Allah Marqadah). This website is a humble endeavor to present the life, teachings, and enduring legacy of a great Sufi saint who founded the Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Order to propagate the True Teachings of Islam in an era yearning for spiritual authenticity.

A Spiritual Mandate: Al-Walayat-o-Nayyab-tu-Nabuwah

The mission of this website is rooted in a profound and sacred principle articulated by the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWAW): Al-Walayat-o-Nayyab-tu-Nabuwah—”Sainthood is the Vicegerency of Prophethood.” This foundational statement of Islamic spirituality establishes the unbroken chain of divine guidance. After the physical demise of the Holy Prophet (SAWAW), the monumental task of preserving and disseminating the pristine teachings of Islam did not cease; it was inherited and perpetuated through his spiritual successors. The Holy Prophet (SAWAW), being the final messenger, ensured that the light of guidance would continue to illuminate the Ummah. This was realized, initially and most perfectly, through the 12 Barhaq (righteous) and Innocent Imams, who safeguarded the prophetic legacy. After the 12th Imam entered the state of ghaybat (occultation), a period of spiritual stewardship, the sacred duty was divinely transferred to the Awliya Allah—the saints and friends of God—who became the living inheritors of the Prophet’s spiritual knowledge (ilm ladunni) and blessings.

It is within this grand historical and spiritual framework that the Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Order emerged, and it is within this framework that Chief Qalandar Sarkaar holds his supreme station. He stands as a radiant bridge connecting the Ummah to the prophetic light and the spiritual authority of the Holy Ahle Bait Athaar (ASWS).

The Light of Creation: The Primacy of Noor

A central tenet of the faith and understanding that this platform promotes is the primacy of Noor (Divine Light) in creation. We affirm the belief, rooted in classical Islamic texts and traditions, that Almighty Allah, in His infinite wisdom and mercy, first created the light of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAWAW). This sacred reality is substantiated by the tradition in which the Prophet Muhammad (SAWAW) declared: “I was a noor (light) in front of my Lord some forty thousand years before the birth of Hazrat Adam (AS)”. Thus, the Holy Prophet (SAWAW), his blessed cousin and successor Hadrat Maula Ali-ul-Murtaza (ASWS), and the other holy members of the Ahle Bait Athaar (ASWS) were created from this primordial and exalted light.

This doctrine of Noor signifies that these Holy Personalities are not merely historical figures; they are eternal spiritual realities. Their physical existence in this world was a manifestation of their divine reality. Their demise, therefore, is not comparable to the death of common people, who are the physical descendants of Hadrat Adam (AS) and Hadrat Eve (Hawwa) (Salam Allah-Ho Alaiha). The Holy Personalities of the Ahle Bait, as sources of divine light, exist beyond the limitations of time and space. They are perpetually present (Daimi-al-Huzoori), spiritually alive, and continue to bestow their blessings and guidance upon the Ummah. Their physical departure from this world was a veiling, not an extinction, for “the martyrs are alive with their Lord and receive provision” (Quran 3:169), and the saints are the inheritors of the prophets and hold a similar rank in spiritual life.

The Pillars of the Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Order

This website is dedicated to the spiritual order established by Chief Qalandar Sarkaar, a lineage that synthesizes the purest elements of the Sufi tradition into a cohesive path of spiritual realization:

  • The Owaisi Transmission: The title “Al-Owaisi” signifies a unique form of spiritual transmission. It refers to the spiritual connection established not necessarily through physical meeting, but through the heart’s connection across time and space, exemplified by the companion Owais al-Qarni who received spiritual knowledge directly from the Prophet Muhammad (SAWAW) without having physically seen him. This tradition ensures a direct and pristine link to the prophetic source, bypassing any human limitations.
  • The Qadari Lineage: Through the Qadari silsila, the order is connected to the great saint Shaykh Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani, the Ghaus-e-Azam. The Qadiri way is renowned for its strict adherence to the Shariah, its emphasis on the integration of the exoteric law with the esoteric reality (Haqiqa), and its powerful spiritual presence. This lineage traces back to Imam Ali (ASWS) and the Holy Prophet (SAWAW), grounding the order in orthodox tradition.
  • The Qalandari Spirit: The Qalandari tradition brings a dimension of profound spiritual freedom and ecstatic love. It represents the path of deliberate marginality, a detachment from worldly status and convention, and a complete intoxication with the Divine. This is not a rejection of the law but a transcendence of its literal form through the power of love and annihilation in God (fana fillah).

Our Vision and Purpose

The primary objective of this platform is to serve as a comprehensive source of authentic knowledge regarding the life, teachings, and spiritual stature of Chief Qalandar Sarkaar. We aim to:

  1. Preserve and Disseminate True Teachings: To present the pure and unadulterated teachings of Islam as transmitted through the Owaisi Qadari Qalandari Order, countering the spiritual confusion and superficiality of the modern age.
  2. Highlight the Dignity of the Saints: To emphasize that the Awliya Allah are the living proof of God’s mercy upon the earth. They are the heirs of the prophets, the guardians of the spiritual path, and the guides for the seekers of truth. Their dignity is not a self-claim but a divine conferral.
  3. Bridge to Prophetic Guidance: To reaffirm that the guidance of the saints is a continuation of the prophetic mission. They are the “Nayyab” (vicegerents) of the Prophet (SAWAW), keeping his spiritual flame alive and accessible to all who sincerely seek it.
  4. Create a Spiritual Community: To foster a community of believers who understand the principles of Tasawwuf and are committed to the purification of the self, the remembrance of God, and service to humanity.

The Chief Qalandar Sarkaar Hadrat Peer Muhammad Bashir Ahmad Alvi stands as a towering figure of Islamic spirituality — a living repository of the Prophet’s light, a synthesis of the most esteemed spiritual lineages, and a perpetual source of blessing for the Ummah. He was a divine selection appointed to guide souls in an era of spiritual need. This website is a humble tribute to his life and mission, and an invitation to all sincere seekers to learn from the abundant spiritual treasures he has left as an inheritance. We pray that Almighty Allah accepts this effort and grants us the tawfiq (ability) to follow in the footsteps of the beloved Prophet (SAWAW) and his righteous successors.

The Dignity of a Great Sufi Saint: Chief Qalandar Sarkaar Hadrat Peer Muhammad Bashir Ahmad Alvi, Al-Owaisi, Qadari, Qalandari, Panjtani, Daimi-al-Huzoori (Noor Allah Marqadah)

Introduction: The Crown of Sainthood

In the vast and luminous constellation of Islamic spirituality, the figure of the Sufi saint stands as a testament to the human soul’s capacity for divine proximity. Among these exalted personages, the Chief Qalandar Sarkaar Hadrat Peer Muhammad Bashir Ahmad Alvi, Al-Owaisi, Qadari, Qalandari, Panjtani, Daimi-al-Huzoori represents a unique synthesis of multiple spiritual lineages, embodying the highest aspirations of Tasawwuf. His titles themselves are a spiritual cartography, mapping his soul’s journey through the sacred geography of Islamic mysticism .

The appellation “Al-Owaisi” holds profound significance. It refers to a spiritual transmission that occurs not through physical meeting but through the heart’s connection across time and space, following the model of the companion Hadrat Owais al-Qarni(RA) who received spiritual knowledge directly from the Holy Prophet Muhammad(SAWAW) without ever having physically seen him. In the Owaisi tradition, the disciple is initiated spiritually through a vision or inner awakening, bypassing the conventional chain of physical transmission. This gives Chief Qalandar Sarkaar a unique station of spiritual authority, one that transcends the limitations of historical continuity while remaining firmly anchored in prophetic inheritance.

The Qadari and Qalandari Synthesis

The title “Qadari” connects him to the venerable Qadiriyya order, the spiritual path founded by the great saint Shaykh Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani, known reverentially as Ghaus-e-Azam . The Qadiri silsila, or spiritual chain, traces its lineage through some of the most revered figures in Islamic history — from Imam Junaid al-Baghdadi, the “master of sobriety” and exemplar of orthodox mysticism, to Hasan al-Basri, one of the earliest Muslim ascetics, and ultimately to the Holy Prophet Muhammad(SAWAW) through his cousin and son-in-law Hadrat Ali-ul-Murtaza(ASWS) son of Hadrat Abi Talib(AS) . This lineage represents the integration of the exoteric law (Sharia) with the esoteric reality (Haqiqa), a hallmark of the Qadiri way .

The “Qalandari” dimension introduces a powerful and distinctive spiritual flavor. The Qalandari tradition has historically represented the path of deliberate marginality, preferring to remain on the fringes of society rather than occupying positions of worldly prominence. This “qalandariyya” spirit, as expressed in Sufi poetry across the centuries from Sanā’i to Rumi to Bulleh Shah, champions the aesthetic and spiritual value of that which is “out of place” — the identities and sensibilities that society rejects or overlooks. To be a Qalandar is to adopt the posture of the spiritual outlaw, the one whose intoxication with Divine love renders him indifferent to social conventions and worldly judgments. It represents a profound freedom — freedom from the fear of people’s opinions, freedom from attachment to status, and freedom from the ego’s endless demands.

The synthesis of Qadiri orthodoxy and Qalandari iconoclasm in Chief Qalandar Sarkaar’s spiritual identity creates a remarkable dialectic: he embodies both the sober discipline of the Qadiri path and the ecstatic abandon of the Qalandari way. This integration reflects a mature and comprehensive spiritual vision, one that honors the law while transcending its literal form through love.

The Station of Daimi-al-Huzoori: Perpetual Presence

Perhaps the most profound of his titles, “Daimi-al-Huzoori,” signifies the state of perpetual spiritual presence (huzoor) with the Divine. This is not a temporary state or occasional ecstasy but a permanent quality of consciousness, what in Islamic spirituality is known as “wusul” — arrival at the Divine Presence . The Sufi saint lives in two worlds simultaneously: the phenomenal world of material existence and the spiritual world of Divine intimacy. This “perpetual presence” is the fruit of prolonged spiritual struggle, relentless purification, and unwavering love. It represents the fulfillment of the prophetic hadith in which Allah declares, “My servant draws near to Me through nothing more beloved to Me than what I have made obligatory upon him, and My servant continues to draw near to Me through voluntary acts of worship until I love him. And when I love him, I become the hearing with which he hears, the sight with which he sees, the hand with which he grasps, and the foot with which he walks.”

For Daimi-al-Huzoori, this divine proximity is not an occasional grace but a permanent reality. His entire existence becomes a mirror reflecting the Divine Attributes, and his actions, words, and even his silences become channels of divine guidance. This is the station of the “Qutb,” the spiritual pole of the age, through whom divine blessings flow to the world . The presence of such a figure in any age is considered by Sufis to be a mercy to creation — a living repository of spiritual knowledge and a source of blessings that sustain the spiritual life of the community.

The Panjtani Lineage and Prophetic Inheritance

The title “Panjtani” indicates his connection to the Holy Ahl al-Bayt Athaar(ASWS) — the family of the Holy Prophet Muhammad(SAWAW) — specifically the “five persons of the cloak” (Panj Tan Paak(SWAW): the Prophet, Fatima, Ali, Hasan, and Hussain. In Sufi understanding, spiritual authority is intimately connected to prophetic inheritance. The Prophet Muhammad(SAWAW) is the seal of prophets, but his light continues to illuminate the world through his spiritual inheritors, the saints (Awliya). These saints, particularly those connected to the Prophet’s family through either blood or spiritual affinity, carry forward the prophetic mission of guiding humanity toward God.

The Chief Qalandar Sarkaar’s spiritual identity encompasses this prophetic inheritance, making him a link in a golden chain of transmission that extends back to the very origins of Islamic spirituality. This genealogical and spiritual continuity is not merely a matter of historical record but a living reality — the Prophet’s spiritual presence is said to be accessible to the saints, and they draw their authority from this ongoing connection.

The Dignity of Spiritual Leadership

The dignity of a Sufi saint like Chief Qalandar Sarkaar rests on several pillars. First, there is the dignity of knowledge — not merely acquired knowledge but “ilm ladunni,” the divinely-given knowledge that flows directly from God into the purified heart. This knowledge is not accessible through books or intellectual effort alone but requires the heart’s purification and readiness. The saint’s words carry weight because they emerge from direct spiritual vision (kashf) and divine opening (fath).

Second, there is the dignity of asceticism and detachment. The Sufi saint has freed himself from the slavery of worldly desires and attachments, achieving the paradoxical freedom that comes through complete submission to the Divine will. This freedom is not freedom to do as one pleases but freedom from the inner tyrants of ego and desire that enslave most of humanity. The saint’s indifference to worldly honors and his willingness to remain on the margins, as the Qalandari tradition emphasizes, is not a rejection of creation but an affirmation of the Creator’s absolute sovereignty.

Third, there is the dignity of service. The Sufi saint, even as he dwells in the Divine Presence, does not withdraw from humanity. Rather, he becomes a center of blessing and guidance, drawing people toward spiritual realization. The saint’s miraculous interventions (karamat) are not demonstrations of personal power but manifestations of divine grace flowing through a purified channel. The stories of Sufi saints — of their journeying, their teaching, their miraculous interventions, their anonymous charity — all speak to this quality of compassionate service.

A Living Treasury of Islamic Spirituality

The Chief Qalandar Sarkaar Hadrat Peer Muhammad Bashir Ahmad Alvi, with his rich spiritual genealogy and exalted station, represents a living treasury of Islamic spirituality. He embodies the orthodox discipline of the Qadiri path, the ecstatic freedom of the Qalandari tradition, the transmission of the Owaisi lineage, and the perpetual presence of the daimi al-huzoori station. His spiritual dignity is not a matter of self-assertion but of self-effacement — he is dignified because he has emptied himself to be filled with the Divine.

In an age of superficiality and distraction, the figure of such a saint calls us back to the essential: to the remembrance of God, to the purification of the heart, to the cultivation of spiritual presence. His very existence is a reminder that the path to true dignity lies not in worldly attainment but in spiritual realization, not in public recognition but in divine acceptance, not in power over others but in sovereignty over the self. As the great Sufis have always taught, the ultimate dignity of the saint lies in his complete and utter dependence on God, his abject poverty before the Divine, and his ceaseless effort to draw others toward the source of all dignity and honor.
